The rate of births to mothers without a high school education is significantly higher than the Missouri rate. The 2001-2005 rate for Randolph County was 25.0 compared to Missouri at 18.6. The 2000 Kids Count data indicated there were no limited English students in Randolph County. As of 2004, Kids Count data indicates there are 5 limited English students in Randolph County, reflecting the state trend of an increase over the past four years.
