WIC: a nutrition education, health promotion and supplemental
food program to assist women, infants and children who have nutritional
needs. Eligibility guidelines: Low to moderate income 185% of federal
poverty level guidelines or Medicaid eligibility. There are no fees or
payments for this service
Program requirements: Certification to WIC requires check of height & weight, diet assessment,finger stick for testing of hemoglobin level. Referrals: Community and medical referrals
