WIC: a nutrition education, health promotion and supplemental food program to assist women, infants and children who have nutritional needs.

Population served: pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, infants and children up to the age of 5 years.

Eligibility guidelines: Low to moderate income 185% of federal poverty level guidelines or Medicaid eligibility. There are no fees or payments for this service

Hours & Days of operation: Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Applying for the program: Appointments by phone or walk-in

Program requirements: Certification to WIC requires check of height & weight, diet assessment,finger stick for testing of hemoglobin level.

Referrals: Community and medical referrals
