About Our Home Management Program
In home maintenance program that provides housekeeping services, personal care, meal preparation, shopping and errands. Respite care and nursing services are available.
Population served is the elderly and disabled.
Fees charges:Payment sources accepted are cash, check, private pay or insurance, Medicaid, Social Security Title 20
Hours and Days of service are 24/7
How does one apply for the program? Self-referral, physicians, family and agency referral.
Referrals made to Home Health Services, Division of Aging, and Mental Health
Care provided by RNs, LPNs and Nurse aides
