Temporary Food Service Application

Applications for temporary food permits must be received 7 days prior to the event.

If your event is located within Randolph County, print off this application and complete it. You can either drop off the application at the Health Department or mail us and include a check or money order:

How much does it cost for a permit?

· One time event - $10
· Yearly permit - $25

If you have a tax exempt letter from the State of Missouri exempting you from State income tax, send a copy of this letter instead of payment. You must also use this checklist to get your temporary food service ready before the event. Everyone preparing or serving food at your temporary food service must be familiar with the Operating Rules so they will know the right and wrong way to prepare food for your customers.
